To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Cancellation & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to I Grandness Co.,Ltd. 56/252 Soi Nimitmai 7, Sai Kong Din, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510 that is responsible for your information under this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Grandness Tour as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
  • Website: Grandness Tour’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.grandnesstour.com.
  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Grandness Tour to use the Services.

 

General

  1. By purchasing, you are committing to take the full length of the tour program. If your plans change i.e., finish earlier than the tour program ends, no refunds will be given.
  2. Tour package prices must be paid before the tour starts
  3. If a tour is canceled by Grandness Tour and customers are unable to take a replacement tour package, a refund of the tour package will be made.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing service at Grandness Tour. There are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Grandness Tour. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Grandness Tour, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Grandness Tour’s Privacy Policy.

 

Cancellation

If there is something wrong that you cannot meet our tour guide at the appointment place and the appointment time, you have to issue a cancellation.

 

In the event of cancellation by booking in advance, for whatever reason, the following will apply as below that follows the latest tourism business and guide act B.E. 2563 (2020) 

  1. Cancellation must be made in writing or typing in the form of text i.e., email and must be provided by the customer.
  2. If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour program start date, a full refund of tour package price minus actual expense will be given.
  3. If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days before the tour program start date, 50% of the tour package price minus actual expense will be refunded.
  4. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 14 days before the tour program start date.
  5. If you cancel because of an emergency medical situation, the document must provide a diagnosis and include the doctor’s name and signature. Prescriptions are not accepted as valid documentation. Refunds are always at the discretion of the company and never guaranteed.
  6. If cancellation is caused by force majeure which is not a mistake made by the company, a full refund of tour package price will be given minus actual expense.

 

Actual expense: accommodation deposit, air ticket and other necessary expenses

 

Refund

We at Grandness Tour commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best service. Every single service that you select is thoroughly inspected and checked with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you are satisfied with our service.

Sadly, there are times when you may not receive the service that you select for any reasons. You do not have to worry about your order. You will be refunded when our team confirms your request.

 

We will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase within 2 – 3 days.

Refunds will be paid within 1- 4 weeks.

 

To avoid any possibility of money laundering, refunds can only be returned via the same method and the same account that was used to make the payment i.e., to the same credit card.

 

Change Date

  1. Changing tour dates must be made in writing or typing in the form of text i.e., email and must be provided by the customer.
  2. Changing tour dates must be made more than 7 days before the tour program start date.
  3. If you change the tour date less than 7 days and more than 24 hours before the tour program start date, the charge will be applied at 45 USD.
  4. If you change the tour date less than 24 hours before the tour program start date and time, the charge will be applied at 85 USD.

 

Your Consent

By using our platform or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Cancellation, Refund & Change Date Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Changes To Our Cancellation, Refund & Change Date Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated Cancellation, Refund and Change Date Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Cancellation, Refund and Change Date Policy, you can delete your order.
